Keypoint Law has snapped up former Coulter Legal special counsel Celia Armstrong.  

An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Armstrong brings extensive expertise in M&A, contracts and commercial dispute resolution. 

She has primarily advised small-to-medium businesses and founder-led enterprises. She assisted in matters involving IP protection, employee and stakeholder arrangements, trading terms and conditions, asset protection, privacy, competition and consumer regimes, and dispute resolution.

Prior to her stint at Coulter Legal, Armstrong led her own practice for six years. Moreover, she served as GC and company secretary for Imperium Capital.
