Hunt & Hunt has welcomed Marilyn Wai to its corporate and commercial and Asia and China advisory teams.

Wai is knowledgeable in corporate law, M&A and commercial transactions. She is also an expert in property law.

In addition, she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay. Her clients include high-net-worth individuals.

Chong Quaik, head of Asia and China advisory at Hunt & Hunt, highlighted Wai’s experience with cross-border transactions and her understanding of the Asian market.
