Property law expert joins Keypoint Law as consulting principal

Neil Pragnell has joined Keypoint Law as a consulting principal based in Sydney. Pragnell brings to the firm over 40 years of experience as a property and commercial lawyer advising clients on various matters with a focus on the SME market.

He joins Keypoint after working as a partner at boutique firm Case Law. Previously, he worked as a special counsel at Allens, Thomson Geer, and Turtons.

Throughout his career, Pragnell has handled highly complex transactions for Australian corporations, SMEs, and high-net worth individuals.

His experience includes drafting commercial agreements and documents such as sale contracts for businesses and converting large complicated legal agreements into documents that are clear, modern, and easy to understand.

Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko commented on Pragnell’s appointment, saying that the property law expert’s joining is a “wonderful addition” to the team.

“He brings years of experience working across highly complex and niche property and commercial matters, and we are very pleased to be able to offer his complementary expertise to our clients,” Kalinko said in a media release.
