Munter brings over 25 years of experience to the role, having worked with private individuals, corporations, property trusts, and developers. He is an expert in property transactions, disposals, subdivisions, property development, complex land titling, covenants, easements, and retail, commercial, and industrial leasing.

He has tackled matters involving site acquisition and strategic sales and is an expert in issues arising throughout the entire development lifecycle. Additionally, he handles the acquisition and sale of businesses, planning issues, and matters in the aged care sector.
