Webb Henderson has lured James Whittaker from Corrs Chambers Westgarth to its partnership.

A seasoned senior litigator. Whittaker concentrates on regulatory investigations and disputes, commissions of inquiry, white-collar crime, class actions, and large-scale, high stakes commercial disputes. He has tackled complex matters for corporate and government clients.

Whittaker previously worked with Webb Henderson competition and disputes leader Andrew Christopher. He cited his “close relationships” with the firm’s partners as a significant reason for the move.

Whittaker commenced with Webb Henderson on 1 February.
