Queensland compensation law firm Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP) has welcomed three new partners.

Kane Stegeman has a strong background in personal injury law. He has served as both a defendant and plaintiff lawyer, tackling matters involving motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, total permanent disability claims and public liability insurance.

He previously worked with TSP managing partner Travis Schultz while at Schultz Toomey O’Brien Lawyers.

TSP also promoted special counsels Greg Spinda (Sunshine Coast) and Emma Davidson (Brisbane) to partner, beefing up a partnership that includes current partners Hugh Powell, Trent Johnson, Tim McClymont and Beth Rolton.

“Greg is one of the great technical lawyers in the compensation law field in Queensland. He is an accredited specialist in personal injury law and has been very active in professional organisations such as the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Queensland Law Society and has already carved out a reputation for excellence in all that he does”, Schultz said.

The firm confirmed that it had also brought in new lawyers and paralegals, including lawyer Jonathon Wright who commenced with the Brisbane office last month.
