Sydney, Melbourne firms make senior promotions

Senior promotions have been announced at Swaab Attorneys in Sydney and at Rigby Cooke Lawyers in Melbourne.

Swaab Attorneys has promoted Wendy Conceicao and Stacey Collins to special counsel. Both are part of the firm’s property, planning, and projects group.

Mary Digiglio, managing partner, said the nine promotions are a record for Swaab Attorneys, making the mid-year promotions particularly exciting for the firm. Swaab has 15 partners.

In Melbourne, Rigby Cooke has appointed Séamus Ryan (litigation and dispute resolution), Gemma Robinson (planning and environment), Stephanie Collins (property), and Rosa Bazzanella (wills and estates) to senior associate.

The firm’s quality of technical and commercial legal advice depends on the dedication of its senior associates, said Bill Karvela, Rigby Cooke managing partner.
