The commercial lawyer has tackled various business advisory matters
Former Pragma Lawyers special counsel Sophia Kailis has joined the roster of senior lawyers at Keypoint Law’s Perth office.
Kailis has significant experience under her belt in business advisory matters. She has tackled matters related to directors’ duties, governance, contracts, share and asset transactions, IP and technology, and commercial litigation.
She has worked with start-ups, SMEs, ASX-listed companies, and associations.
“We are so pleased to have Sophia joining Keypoint. She is an excellent senior lawyer with end-to-end experience in commercial disputes. Her joining further enhances the firm’s growing presence in Perth, adding to Keypoint’s full-service offering for our WA clients”, Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko said.
Kailis is on the board of the Association of Litigation Funders of Australia and is an executive director at WA-based dispute finance firm Hartwell Funds. She is deputy chair of WA not-for-profit organisation Sussex Street Community Law Service.
Keypoint opened its Perth office back in May.
