In line with the launch, the firm welcomed a new consulting principal in former MDS Legal director Tamra Seaton. She was once director and state representative for the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA), and currently serves as a WA state representative on the Woman in Franchising committee.

In addition to her expertise in franchising and licencing law, Seaton is also knowledgeable in competition and consumer, IP, commercial property law and general commercial law.
