Sparke Helmore has snapped up Norton Rose Fulbright construction law expert Alice Chen as a partner.
Chen joins the firm’s projects and government commercial team. She specialises in construction contracts and procurement, primarily serving government sector clients.
She has tackled major infrastructure projects, providing whole of project advice on structuring and project delivery, drafting tender documents and contracts, and tender and procurement support, tender evaluation and negotiations, and support across contract administration and finalisation.
Chen operates from Sparke Helmore's Sydney office.
