The promotion of a new expert advisor and four new special advisors has beefed up the legal arm at multidisciplinary advisor to government Proximity.

Expert advisor - legal Kimberley Baillie (pictured above) and special advisors - legal Hannah von Forell (pictured above) , Loretta Houlahan (pictured above) , Caitlin Morgan (pictured below) and Katie Webber (pictured below) stepped into their new roles on Monday. The five lawyers are part of a 14-strong promotions round across the organisation.

Baillie is a member of Proximity’s legal group. The firm lauded her technical skill and leadership acumen.

von Forell has worked in high-pressure roles. She has developed and rolled out tools to help a client with work tracking, transparency, accountability, and the measurement and achievement of work utilisation goals.

She focuses on training and development, and is part of the ethics committee at the ACT Law Society.

Houlahan is a solicitor and expert in public law, litigation, dispute resolution, and privacy. She is also a legal officer in the Royal Australian Navy Legal Reserves.

Morgan has been with Proximity for over seven years. She has done work involving various areas of law.

Webber specialises in public law. She advises Proximity’s government clients from her base in Melbourne.
