Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers are expanding in Newcastle with the arrival of Anne Kinnear and Kate Walker of Kinnear & Company Solicitors.

Kinnear & Company is merging with Carroll & O’Dea, bolstering the latter’s presence in the Hunter region, especially in family law, in which both Kinnear and Walker specialise.

Kinnear, who joins the firm as special counsel, is an accredited family law specialist with more than 25 years’ experience in mediation, collaborative law, family law, and wills and estates. She is an accredited family dispute resolution practitioner and nationally accredited mediator.

Walker, who joins Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers as a solicitor, is also an accredited family law specialist and experienced family law practitioner. She specialises in family and relationship disputes and property matters, and family dispute resolution.

In New South Wales, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers has offices in Campbelltown, Newcastle, Parramatta, Port Stephens, Sydney, Tuggerah, and Wollongong. It also has offices in Canberra, Darwin, and Melbourne.
