MinterEllison has promoted 158 to senior roles across the board.

The firm elevated 17 to special counsel, 2 to executive directors, 3 to directors, 47 to senior associates, 85 to associates, and 4 to senior managers. A total of 62% of the promoted staff were women, which the firm said builds on the previous year’s female senior appointments.

“We recognise that our greatest strength lies in the diversity of our talent and the depth of expertise we offer. Each of our promotes are dedicated, highly skilled and committed to providing excellent client service every day”, CEO and managing partner Virginia Briggs said.
