He joins KHQ's workplace relations and safety practice as principal solicitor
KHQ Lawyers has brought in Tom Molan as the newest principal solicitor on its workplace relations and safety team.
Molan hails from MinterEllison, where he was a special counsel as per LinkedIn. He has advised clients from corporate and the government on complex employment and industrial relations matters for over 15 years.
He focuses on employment litigation, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, workplace change projects, and compliance and risk. He has also tackled matters involving harassment and bullying and redundancy.
Molan has conducted training and compliance reviews and represented clients in complex breach of contract, post-employment restraint, unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims. He has guided employee separations involving senior executives.
He has appeared before the NSW and Victoria Supreme Courts as well as the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Court.
