Financial services expert joins KHQ Lawyers as principal solicitor

Financial services lawyer Jenny Taing OAM is the newest principal solicitor on KHQ Lawyers’ roster.

Taing joins the superannuation and financial services team. She is an expert in matters involving

product development, managed funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), Australian Financial Services licensing and corporate governance.

Before joining KHQ, she was in-house counsel and head of product implementation at Vanguard, overseeing the launch of the company’s funds and ETFs in Australia and Hong Kong. She also logged a decade-long stint with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).

“I am excited to join the team at KHQ and the opportunity to bring together my legal, regulatory and commercial insights from working at ASIC and at Vanguard when advising clients and helping them build and grow their businesses”, Taing said. “With a particular passion for launching managed funds and ETFs, I’m looking forward to working closely with clients, understanding their businesses and supporting them along the entire product development journey”.

She will work from KHQ’s Melbourne branch.
