The commercial litigator specialises in employment and labour law
Keypoint Law has appointed Nicolina Lademann as a consulting principal in Melbourne, expanding the firm’s litigation practice group to 36 consulting principals.
Lademann brings more than 20 years of experience as a commercial litigator. She has advised and represented small and medium-sized enterprises in commercial, property, employment, and estate and guardianship matters.
Her experience includes appearances in state and federal courts, the Fair Work Commission, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, NCAT, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Lademann is an expert in employment and labour law matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace bullying claims. She has also helped to draft employment agreements and workplace policies.
She has tackled property disputes, debt recovery and monetary claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, and commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
The appointment comes as Australia’s legal sector experiences growth and transformation. The Australian legal market showed sustained growth and resilience through FY2025, according to Thomson Reuters.
