HWL Ebsworth partner Mark Riddington has made the jump to McCullough Robertson Lawyers.

Riddington has advised on the delivery of projects such as water treatment plants, shopping centre developments, infrastructure, airport-specific ventures, and demolition and remediation projects. He has also provided guidance on contract administration, commercial wrap-ups and construction disputes.

Before joining HWL Ebsworth, Riddington was with Herbert Geer; moreover, he seconded at John Holland and Sydney Airport Corporation.

“Mark is recognised for his skills in navigating his clients' most critical and complex issues, advancing their commercial goals and resolving challenges they encounter, and I know our clients will benefit from his approach”, McCullough Robertson joint managing partner Damien Clarke said.

Riddington’s appointment is in line with McCullough Robertson’s strategy to expand its Sydney offering ahead of its centenary in 2026. In April, the firm snagged Madeline Simpson, the former head of Herbert Smith Freehills(HSF) environmental team in Queensland, as a partner.
