Hall & Wilcox has enhanced its public sector and real estate practices with the appointment of Jennifer Degotardi as a new partner.  

Degotardi joins a team,comprising special counsel Michelle Summerville, senior associate Stephanie Francis, lawyer Victoria Cai and senior leasing paralegal Kathy Quin. She will also work alongside partners Kitty Vo and John Gray to further strengthen the firm’s relationship with the NSW government.

“Jennifer is a fantastic person and we think will be a great fit,” managing partner Tony Macvean said. “We are excited about the continued growth of our firm in Sydney and NSW, and the enhancement of our public sector capability.”

A real estate lawyer, Degotardi has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property law. She has provided guidance on a diverse range of issues, including title and development relating to infrastructure projects and other government developments, rail corridor access, property management outsourcing, acquisitions and disposals, leasing and other land access arrangements.

Degotardi has represented clients in the government, financial services, transport and infrastructure sectors.
