GlobalX integrated into matter management software

The partnership comes as customers increasingly demand an integrated suite of applications, the company says

GlobalX has integrated into the Caseflow matter management software to provide lawyers and conveyancers with more flexibility.

“Caseflow provides an extremely valuable service to legal practitioners both in Australia and overseas, and we are excited to now offer Caseflow customers with direct access to GlobalX search and settlement solutions, providing increased benefits for Caseflow customers,” said Peter Maloney, GlobalX CEO.

The integration was an obvious fit, he said, because of the shared customers of the companies and their focus on technology for use in the industry. The partnership is also a reaction to market demand.

“Customers are increasingly demanding integrated solutions, including intuitive technology with the ability to integrate search products, disbursements and documents with their preferred case management software, and this partnership allows us to do just that,” Maloney said.

Brian Smith, Caseflow CEO, said the integration will streamline the day-to-day activities of lawyers and conveyancers. It eliminates the need to login and work across multiple platforms and to re-key data, which takes up valuable time and other resources.

GlobalX will continue to look for new partnerships to enhance its services, Maloney said.
