Four make partner at Maddocks

Maddocks has elevated four new partners, bringing its partner total to 92.

The promotions bring the firm’s total partner count to 92. They were made across the firm’s Sydney and Melbourne offices, and bolster several practice areas.

Angela Barac is part of the dispute resolution – public law team in Melbourne. She has tackled administrative law and regulation issues, working with clients in the Commonwealth sector.

Andrew McGlashan is with the construction – construction and projects team in Sydney. He has been with the firm since 2014, and he has handled claims management, advice, and dispute resolution. He focuses on renewable energy matters, advising clients from the private and public sectors.

Dale McQualter is with the workplace health and safety – ESP team in Melbourne. He has been part of the firm for 11 years, honing a practice that focuses on responses to regulatory enforcement action, investigations, and incident response.

Rahil Patel works within the M&A/corporate – commercial team in Sydney. He has contributed significantly to Maddocks’ private equity and venture capital practice, providing guidance on M&A and equity capital markets deals.
