Clayton Utz helps health company on ASX debut

Clayton Utz has used its experience on advising sector aggregators with their growth plans in the successful debut of Healthia Ltd on the ASX.

Earlier this month, the company conducted an IPO and listed on the ASX, as well as successfully merged its My FootDr Podiatry and Allsports Pysiotherapy businesses.

Corporate partner Stephanie Daveson led the Clayton Utz team. She was supported by special counsel Andrew Mackenzie and senior associates Natalie Krahe and Lisa Tolhurst.

In addition to My FootDr and Allsports Physiotherapy, Healthia operates the Extend Rehabilitation, iOrthotics, and D.B.S. Medical Supplies allied health businesses across the country. The company is helmed by Dr Glen Richards, former CEO and founder of veterinary services provider Greencross.
