Barry.Nilsson. appoints four principals

 

Barry.Nilsson. has elevated 23 lawyers, including four appointed as principals.

Promoted to principal are Colby Treasure, Katie Swain, Samantha Pillay, and Will Stidston. The four bring the firm’s principal headcount to 31.

The firm has also promoted seven special counsel, four senior associates, and eight associates.

Treasure joined the firm in October and specialises in workers’ compensation, public liability, employers’ liability, and CTP.

Swain, a part of the insurance and health team in Melbourne, has extensive experience in property damage claims and specific expertise in subrogated recoveries.

Pillay is known for her work in health, particularly medical malpractice and professional indemnity.

Stidston, who has technical expertise in complex financial family matters, will lead the firm’s family law practice in Melbourne alongside Jane Koelmeyer.
