You are not untrustworthy… But do your employees trust you? Run through the team one by one. Do all of them trust you? Do any of them? “But I’m trustworthy,” you say. Of course you are – but that’s not enough. Building trust and trustworthiness are two different things. Your trustworthiness does not automatically mean that people will trust you.
