NZ Lawyer Innovative Firms 2020

As part of its strategic focus on innovation, MinterEllisonRuddwatts, has developed three legaltech products that benefit clients and the wider legal sector – McCarthyFinch, MinterEllisonRuddWatts Client Portal, and Safetrac.

McCarthyFinch, NZ’s pioneering AI-innovator, develops legally-focused artificial intelligence solutions for the global market. Last year, it released its first product, authorDOCS – a Microsoft Word add-in designed to enhance the review and drafting of contracts, delivering time-savings for contract review by up to 60%.

The MinterEllisonRuddWatts Client Portal is a cloud-based web portal that provides tools to help organisations produce documents (contracts, agreements, and other templates) accurately and efficiently; secure file sharing and collaboration; and manage the every-changing landscape of compliance obligations.

Last but not least, Safetrac is an online compliance training solution that delivers compliance courses, authored by the legal experts of MinterEllisonRuddWatts, to assist organisations in building culture, educating and upskilling staff, while protecting reputation, brand, and bottom line.
