iCLAW Culliney Partners
NZ Lawyer Innovative Firms 2020

iClaw has continued to innovate its daily operations, with last year’s efforts focused on strategy and on how it looks after its people.

Throughout 2019, the Waikato-headquartered firm, with the help of two experienced coaches from Tandem Business Coaching, refined the firm’s vision, strategy, and culture. This resulted in iClaw’s partners feeling more reassured and empowered, having a clearer direction for its team to follow, and getting its clients more educated.

The past year also saw the firm setting the stage and platform so its women staff, and the blokes too, can achieve all they want in law and in life. The firm facilitated flexible “work when and how you can” processes so staff need not sacrifice their career in order to start a family.
