After a strategy refresh in 2016, Tompkins Wake has made a point of updating and integrating emerging technologies and software to improve their service. One such example was their early adoption of Automio – an intelligent lawyer bot platform – “developing client onboarding and recruitment forms … in addition to building Automio Bots to power legal work.” Relatedly, Tompkins Wake recently launched ‘AdviSME’, a new service offering to support NZ SMEs. “Combining a suite of legal documents, powered by Automio and an AI-powered Business Health Check, AdviSME is a unique proposition the firm has pioneered to bring high quality, scalable legal services to SMEs at a price point that meets SME expectations.”
