Simpson Grierson has been putting the emphasis squarely on innovation of late. Caroline Ferguson joined the firm in 2016 to lead their ‘Business Transformation and Innovation Programme’, which has focused on: upskilling and realising individual worker potential; supporting in-house transformation to cope with a dynamic legal environment; and leveraging data and AI to test and implement processes, such as using machine learning to review documents.
