Lexvoco Limited manages a network of over 200 NZ lawyers who want to work flexibly and in a project-targeted manner as part of in-house teams. Spotting a gap in the market, Lexvoco – managed exclusively by former in-house lawyers – provides “legal services (advice and secondments) to in-house teams through in-house lawyers, so what the client gets is people who can hit the ground running in a commercial environment, and provide an ‘in-house product’.” Lexvoco is also innovative in bringing a data-oriented perspective to measuring their project work, constantly providing insight into how clients work and how different parts of their work process can be adapted and improved.
