As general counsel and a member of the Spark executive, Melissa Anastasiou leads Spark's hybrid legal and commercial, regulatory and compliance functions. She also has the added responsibility of Spark’s wholesale business. Anastasiou continues to play a pivotal role in Spark’s ground-breaking transformation from traditional telecommunications business to a leading digital services provider, growing its mobile, cloud and digital services offerings, innovating at pace, defending legacy revenue streams and in 2018, transitioning to ‘Agile’ at scale. Anastasiou, as executive sponsor for Spark’s Agile culture change programme, led her team through this momentous organisational change with great care and attention to detail, delivering highly innovative tools, capabilities and risk management frameworks.
