Kathryn Low is one of the rising stars of legal operations in Australasia. After returning to New Zealand from a legal project management role at Baker & McKenzie in London, she quickly landed at Housing New Zealand to help drive their initial steps towards automation and help manage a 5x increase in expected work volumes. After a successful proof of concept, Low was instrumental in very quickly building relationships with Housing New Zealand's IT and procurement functions – as well as other stakeholders – to formalise and expand their automation programme.
