Jo Wong has an incredibly varied role at SKYCITY, leading a team in charge of all legal responsibilities and managing broad engagements with SKYCITY’s multiple stakeholders. In the last 12 months, Wong has played an important part in many of the significant developments in SKYCITY’s diverse portfolio which includes the sale of its Darwin Casino in the Northern Territory, Australia to Delaware North for AUD$188 million; the sale of Federal St car park for NZD$40m; the construction of the New Zealand International Convention Centre and Horizon Hotel; and SKYCITY’s brand refresh, including a new logo, which was launched on 1 July 2019.
