Grant Fraser and his small team of just two other lawyers have established and continue to maintain a strong and positive reputation as strategic and trusted business partners at Mitre 10. He and the team proactively work to support the business and are deeply involved in many key projects across Mitre 10 that involve driving business efficiency and process improvement. Over the last 12 months, Fraser has led his team to negotiate and implement a long-term supplier partnering agreement with Columbus Café; support the business to transition to a cloud-based data environment; carry out a number of significant property-related transactions; review and enhance Mitre 10's risk management framework; and implement a new contract management system.
