In-house Leaders 2019

Caroline Beaumont holds the role of general counsel at City Rail Link Limited (CRLL), a crown entity owned by the Crown and Auckland Council. The organisation was established to deliver the largest infrastructure project ever to be undertaken in New Zealand, which is due for completion in early 2024. Beaumont has played a big role in a complex restructuring within CRLL, running the project together with the company’s human resources specialists. In particular, Beaumont negotiated the resolution of significant proposed litigation, avoiding potential financial and reputational risk for CRLL.
