Two new senior appointments made by Hesketh Henry

Hesketh Henry has two new senior associates.

The firm has promoted Sarah Holderness from senior solicitor and has appointed Glen Holm-Hansen from Lowndes.

Holderness, who joined the firm in 2010 as a law graduate, acts in a wide variety of contentious matters. She has a particular focus in the construction sector and recently finished a seven-month secondment with the New Zealand office of a multinational engineering firm.

Holderness is a member of the Society of Construction Law New Zealand, Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand, and Women's International Shipping & Trading Association.

Admitted to the bar in 2007, Holm-Hansen specialises on commercial litigation and disputes. He regularly acts for corporate clients in regulatory proceedings, contractual issues, insurance, professional liability, insolvency, and negligence.

Holm-Hansen began his career at Simpson Grierson in 2007 and moved to Lowndes as a senior associate in 2017. He is a member of Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association New Zealand.
