The search for Australia and New Zealand’s brightest young legal talent starts today
The search is on for Australia and New Zealand’s most outstanding young legal professionals.
Nominations are now open for the Future Legal Leaders 2026, which will recognise exceptional legal professionals aged 35 and under who are shaping the future of the profession.
Do you know a lawyer who has demonstrated innovation, leadership and dedication to their clients or community? Or are you a young legal professional making your mark in the industry?
Nominations are open to all legal professionals aged 35 or under as of 31 December 2025 and have demonstrated excellence in their field, whether through client work, leadership, innovation or community contribution. Open to self-nominations and nominations by peers, managers or mentors.
This is your chance to shine a spotlight on those making a real impact in the legal sector. Submit nominations until Friday, 12 December.
Future Legal Leaders 2026 will be published online in April.
