Saunders Robinson Brown attracts partners

Saunders Robinson Brown (SRB) has attracted four property experts.

Jonathan Gillard, Jeff Kenny, and Josh Orton have been appointed as partner by the Canterbury firm. Katrina Wood, who also specialises in property, has been appointed as associate. All four come from Wynn Williams.

Gillard specialises in commercial property developments and overseas investment. He joined Wynn Williams in 2000 and became a partner in 2002. He has extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions and disposals and retail leasing, investment in New Zealand, commercial contracts, rural property and trusts, SRB said.

Kenny, who led the commercial property and projects teams at Wynn Williams, specialises in retail property and trusts. He has specific expertise in retail property development and leasing, company structuring, partnership structuring, joint ventures, group financing, trust structuring, and trust disputes.

Orton is an expert in all aspects of property law, with a focus on commercial property. He specialises in large-scale acquisitions, disposals, subdivisions, leasing, and development projects. He joined Wynn Williams in 2003.
