LawVu links up with US AI-powered contract review platform Dioptra

LawVu has partnered with US-based AI-powered contract review platform Dioptra.

The team-up will see Dioptra’s AI-generated redlining function integrated into LawVu’s legal workspace, facilitating the automatic generation of redlined contracts. Users can revise contracts and remain in their current workflows.

The end-to-end solution generated by the collaboration is designed specifically for the needs of modern in-house counsel.

“Legal teams want to move faster without sacrificing quality. Partnering with LawVu means bringing our most powerful capabilities to legal teams where they already work. We’re enabling legal departments to get customized and precise redlines, flag non-market risks, in less time—streamlining review cycles and freeing lawyers to focus on strategic work”, Dioptra co-founder Farah Gasmi said.

Dioptra technology reflects legal teams’ preferred positions, fallback language, and negotiation style entirely, according to a press release by LawVu and Dioptra.

“Our users are constantly looking for ways to work more efficiently without sacrificing quality. By embedding Dioptra’s powerful AI into our platform, we’re empowering legal teams to scale their impact and focus on higher-value work”, said Ali Meredith, LawVu’s director of product partnerships.

The companies confirmed that they would improve the integration further over time with deepened customization and automation capabilities.
