Client demands of round-the-clock availability and the culture of long hours in the office are not conducive to family life, so is it realistic to expect female lawyers to achieve both success and work-life balance?
A panel of industry leaders including Kate Davenport, QC; Lisa Jacobs, CEO, Anthony Harper; Allison Arthur-Young, partner, Russell McVeagh; and Kiri Tahana, special counsel, Kahui Legal will come together at the inaugural Women in Law Summit in August to discuss balancing a career and a family.
The panel will discuss how to juggle family dynamics and a senior-level role successfully, how technology can help in achieving balance and which areas of law allow for the greatest flexibility.
