The international firm that specialises in insurance has appointed Richard Flinn as partner in Wellington, and Andrew Moore as senior associate in Auckland.

Flinn, who has been with the firm since the opening of the Wellington office, is a general insurance litigator with a particular focus on professional indemnity and statutory liability.

Moore specialises in advising local and off-shore insurers on policy coverage and recovery actions stemming from property damage claims together with other first-party coverage disputes.

Natasha Cannon

In addition to Flinn and Moore, the firm also welcomed Natasha Cannon, who has joined the firm’s Wellington office as a solicitor.  She previously practiced in both the UK and Australia and specialises in a range of areas, including professional liability, subrogated recoveries, general liability, and coverage disputes.
