Kensington Swan will be welcoming Brendan Cash to its partnership, where he will be heading the firm’s construction team in Wellington.

The appointment expands the senior leadership team of the firm’s national construction practice to four partners and two special counsel. Cash joins from Bell Gully, where he rose to special counsel after joining from Ashurst in London in 2004.

He advises clients on dispute resolution strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects and major commercial and multi-unit residential projects.
