Firm CEO named Women of Influence finalist

The awards recognise and celebrate exceptional women who are shaping New Zealand, improving the everyday lives of Kiwis.

Anthony Harper CEO Lisa Jacobs has been named a finalist in the 2016 Women of Influence Awards.

Finalist in the Board and Management category, Jacobs has had a whirlwind of a year, being promoted to the position of CEO as the firm continues its rapid expansion.

“I am thrilled to be a finalist, especially when I reflect on the other finalists in this category,” she said.

”All these women have shown great determination and their influence in supporting and mentoring others is humbling.”

Now in its fourth year, the awards identify, recognise and celebrate the 100 most influential women shaping New Zealand and improving the lives of Kiwis.  The program looks for women who have an impact well beyond their formal roles and titles at local, regional and national level.

Presented by Westpac and Fairfax Media, nominees are chosen for 10 categories: Arts and Culture, Board and Management, Business Enterprise, Community and Not for Profit, Diversity, Global, Innovation, Public Policy and Rural.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on the 12th October.
