Farry and Co. has promoted two lawyers to partner.

Wallace Revell heads up the civil litigation and dispute resolution practice, while Fahra Manning is a leader in the property and commercial team, the firm said in a 3 July announcement.

Manning specialises in matters involving trusts, relationship property, unit titles, commercial property and finance. She advises corporate and private clients.

She was admitted to the bar in 2002, and received her degree from the University of Otago.

Revell handles litigation matters related to contract, leasing, insurance, construction, employment, bodies corporate, personal and company insolvency and Maori land. He also has experience in relationship property, trusts and estates.

He has conducted disputes across all ordinary court jurisdictions, and has been involved in arbitrations. Prior to joining Farry and Co. in 2016, Revell practiced in Rotorua after his admission to the bar in 2011.

“Fahra and Wallace have proven their leadership within our firm and that they are dedicated to providing strategic advice and helping our clients reach their goals and achieve success,” the firm said.
