Anna Ryan has ascended to the Lane Neave partnership.

The experienced lawyer, who was promoted from senior associate, leads the competition and consumer law and the intellectual property practice groups at the established firm. She has been with Lane Neave since 2007.

“Anna Ryan is an accomplished corporate adviser, who is respected by clients for her strong commercial acumen and for her ability to deliver the most beneficial outcomes to complex legal issues,” said Andrew Shaw, Lane Neave managing partner.

Not only does the promotion strengthen the firm’s leadership team, it also follows the firm’s plans, he said.

“The promotion also aligns with our strategy of offering specialist legal services to our clients within our eight practice areas and across our four offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Queenstown,” Shaw said.
