Shine a light on exceptional female leaders in law
Nominations are well underway for Elite Women 2026, and we are continuing our search for the women who lead with both exceptional capability and genuine commitment to the profession.
Last year’s Elite Women list showcased female legal professionals who are influencing the profession through innovation, leadership and dedication to positive change. Their achievements reflect the growing impact of women across all areas of legal practice and leadership.
If you know a lawyer who deserves recognition for her contributions to the profession, we encourage you to submit a nomination by Friday, 3 July.
Elite Women 2026, proudly supported by Queensland Young Lawyers and Otago Women's Law Society Te Rōpū Wāhine Toko i Te Ture Inc, will be published on the Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer websites in October.
