New appointments will join the firm’s corporate and litigation teams
Bell Gully has announced the appointment of Tom Gillespie and Blair Keown as senior associates in the firm’s corporate and litigation teams.
Gillespie is re-joining Bell Gully after working as a senior associate in the Singapore office of Linklaters for the past three years. He has advised on a number of high profile and complex cross border private M&A and venture capital transactions during his time in Singapore.
Meanwhile, Keown joins Bell Gully after working as a senior associate in the banking, finance and regulatory litigation team at Allen & Overy LLP, London for seven years. He is an experienced advocate and has acted for financial institutions and other corporates in many international and domestic matters.
