Parry Field Lawyers welcomes new partner

Christchurch firm Parry Field Lawyers has welcomed Kris Morrison to the partnership.

Morrison has been with the firm since 2002 and is a leader in Parry Field's commercial/business and immigration teams. He also has expertise in property, trusts, charities and intellectual property.
 

In his career so far, Morrison has written on New Zealand environmental law and property law and regularly advises on contractual and property issues.  He is currently the chairman of the Christian Schools Network in Christchurch and the Emmanuel Christian School Board of Trustees and is also actively involved in his church.

Morrison's previous experience included two years as the research counsel for Principal Family Court Judge Mahony.  He also tutored Contract Law at Victoria University of Wellington and Tort Law and Land Law at the University of Canterbury.
