Kensington Swan has announced commercial litigator, Danielle Durovich, is to be promoted to senior associate, effective 1 June.
Danielle has substantial experience in commercial litigation with a particular focus in insolvency related litigation, insurance litigation, securities enforcement, shareholder disputes and breach of contract and negligence claims.
