Financing expert joins Buddle Findlay

Buddle Findlay has welcomed Kelly Williams as a senior associate in Auckland.

Williams has extensive experience in international and domestic financing matters, including in property finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, business banking, agri-business lending, payments and consumer credit, receivables financing, equipment finance, and security enforcement.

With a particular focus on property finance, the new senior associate has acted for borrowers, banks, non-bank finance companies.

Williams is also a part of the firm’s Asia practice, which supports Asian organisations in their investments and developments in New Zealand.

She was previously with DLA Piper and Simpson Grierson. She also has in-house experience at Fisher & Paykel Finance and Westpac New Zealand.

In February, Buddle Findlay recruited partner Terence Ng from DLA Piper.
