Lisa Houston is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Brisbane corporate markets team specialising in both regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and equity capital markets. She has been commended for showing superior legal capability and leadership beyond her years of experience, effectively acting in a senior associate role on a number of significant and market-leading corporate and commercial transactions.
