Eliza Collopy is an associate in the global disputes practice group at Jones Day's Perth office. Since her admission in December 2017, Collopy has worked as a coordinating associate on major construction and commercial disputes (international arbitration and litigation) in Australia and Singapore. She is a dedicated and insightful commercial lawyer who, in just a very short time, has become a trusted adviser to some of the firm's largest and most important clients in Australia and across the region. She works across jurisdictions on complex disputes, is responsible for conducting witness interviews, briefing expert witnesses (such as delay experts, quantum experts, forensic accountants) and coordinating a large team of associates and support staff on major disputes. Despite her recent admission, Collopy is a leader and role model for the associate group in Perth, Australia and in Singapore.
